Meat Grinder Accessories-Plates-KnivesWe carry meat grinder plates, sausage stuffer tubes, meat grinder knives for all our Lem electric meat grinders and our Lem, Weston Brand, Universal manual meat grinders. A sharp meat grinder plate and meat grinder knife makes your meat grinder work smoother. The meat grinder will grind more consistent and uniform in size. We also carry the meat grinder stuffing plate for our Lem electric meat grinders.
We have added a complete line of meat grinder stainless steel plates and knives. These stainless steel plates and knives will stay sharp 3 times longer than standard carbon steel plates and knives, and give you maximum performance during use. These plates are hubless so they can be used on both sides. During grinding, if the meat is "mashing" instead of coming through the plate in nice "strings", chances are the knife, plate or both are dull and worn. Change meat grinder knife and plate at the same time for optimum performance. These are the finest stainless steel plates and knives available. Remember to always use the same meat grinder knife and plate together.
Meat Grinder Sausage Stuffer Plate Use this sausage stuffer plate when stuffing casings with your meat grinder. Remove the grinding plate and knife from your grinder's worm gear and replace with a sausage stuffer plate along with the stuffing tube. Stuffing plate is designed to keep the worm gear centered in the head, thus allowing the meat to flow more easily into the casing.
Sausage Stuffer Tubes for our Meat Grinders Unlike most aluminum stuffing tubes, these plastic sausage stuffer tubes have very little taper to them allowing easy loading of casings. In addition, plastic sausage stuffer tube will not pit like aluminum, when used around salt. We also offer an economical set of stuffing tubes that comes in 3 sizes. This set snaps into the hole in the base that fits into the grinder. Also we carry the 2" aluminum sausage stuffer tube that is great for stuffing casings for salami, bologna, etc. These aluminum stuffing tubes work well in filling poly bags as well.
