This #8 Weston brand clamp down manual meat grinder has a 2-1/2 inch by 3-1/2 inch hopper opening and grinds approx. 1-2 lbs. of meat per minute. This grinder is made of cast iron with a hot tinned coating for rust resistant and easy clean up. Comes with a knife and steel plates that are hardened which makes them a very high grade of steel. The cast iron auger cleans up easily. Has heavy duty nylon bearings for long life.

Manual meat grinder comes with:

• Wood grip handle.


• Rubber padded, clamp screw fitting.


• 1 carbon steel cutting knife.


• 2 carbon steel grinding plates-4.5mm or approx. 3/16 inch for fine grinding and 12mm or approx. 1/2 inch for coarse grinding.


• 3 stuffing tubes (funnels) with flange for tubes-14mm or approx. 9/16 inch, 19mm or approx. 3/4 inch and 24mm or approx. 15/16 inch.


• Stuffing star for making sausage.
