Use these stainless steel stuffing tubes with your #8 electric or manual meat grinder to fill your casings. The diameters at the base of these tubes are 2-9/16” across that fits in behind the retainer ring on the grinder. Replace the grinder knife and plate with the sausage stuffer plate and you are ready to start filling your casings.
